Where we ship from
All our Hoyas are grown in our own greenhouse in Bogor, West Java, Indonesia. Every plant is grown, rooted and packed by our own team.

Where we ship to
We ship worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and Asia.

Shipping cost (United States)
US$25 per plant, door to door.
- 1 plant: US$25
- 2 plants: US$50
- 3 plants: US$75
The phytosanitary certificate is included. There are no extra fees after checkout.
Orders of US$2,000 or more ship free.

Door-to-door delivery
We handle the export process for you. No import permit or extra paperwork is needed. Just enter your shipping address at checkout.

Phytosanitary certificate
Every international order comes with an official phytosanitary certificate. Preparing it takes about 14 days, so please allow this time before your order ships.

Delivery time
- Certificate preparation: about 14 days
- Transit after dispatch: 7–14 business days
Total estimate: 3–4 weeks from order to your door.

Packing
Every plant is packed with extreme care for long-distance travel.

Arrival guarantee
Every order includes a guarantee from dispatch until delivery, up to 7 days from departure. If a plant arrives damaged, record a video while unboxing and contact us within this period. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
